Tianjin Jingwei Zhengneng Electrical Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. was established on March 18, 2014, and is a Sino foreign joint venture (Hong Kong) enterprise. The company is located in Xiaozhan Industrial Park, Jinnan District, Tianjin, and is a globally leading manufacturer of ultra-high voltage large reactors. Our independently developed dry-type air-core reactors and iron core reactors are applied to 25 national key ultra-high voltage transmission projects currently built in China (about to be put into operation), as well as foreign projects such as Brazil. The product has stable performance and good operation, playing an important role in the localization of key power equipment in China and balancing regional energy and electricity loads for the country.
The company adopts the most advanced total quality management system and has obtained five system certifications, including ISO9001 quality, ISO14001 environment, ISO45001 occupational health and safety, ISO500001 energy, and GB/T23001 integration of industrialization. In 2019, the company relied on the research and development strength of the School of Electrical and Information Engineering at Hunan University in the field of power, with a vision of high-end technology and a broad market in power equipment manufacturing. It carried out technical research on key equipment for high-voltage and ultra-high voltage engineering, smart city and smart grid related products, ubiquitous power Internet of Things equipment, new energy grid connection equipment, AC/DC distribution network products, and new materials for power equipment. In 2020, the company established the "Beijing Jingwei Zhengneng Research Institute". In recent years, the research institute has continued to make efforts in basic research and application research of ultra-high voltage power. It has been commissioned by several companies or organizations such as the State Grid and the Electric Power Research Institute to complete the "Key Technology Research of New Electrical Materials for ultra-high voltage Equipment", "Research on High Reliability Dry Shunt Reactor Prototype Development and Live Assessment Technology" Theoretical research on basic disciplines such as precise state sensing technology and application of high-voltage dry-type air-core reactors.
After years of accumulation, the company currently has 65 authorized national patents and 8 independently developed achievements, including the 1100kV dry type air core smoothing reactor, which have been appraised by academicians and experts in the power industry organized by the China Machinery Federation. The technical level has reached the international leading level. Our independently developed "Key Technologies and Applications of Ultra High Voltage Flexible DC Bridge Arm Reactors" and other products have won honors such as the "Special Prize in Mechanical Industry Science and Technology".
At present, the company has provided independently developed ± 1100kV dry-type air-core smoothing reactors for the world's first "Changji Guquan ± 1100kV ultra-high voltage DC transmission project" with the highest voltage level of 1100kV; Provided the independently developed ± 800kV DC smoothing reactors for the Guangdong Guangxi Ultra High Voltage DC Transmission Project of Wudongde Power Transmission; Provided the independently developed filter bank reactors and bridge arm reactors for the Baihetan Jiangsu ± 800kV ultra-high voltage direct current transmission project; Provided the independently developed 500kV dry-type air-core reactors for the national key project "± 500kV Zhangbei Flexible DC Power Grid Test Demonstration Project". The Jingwei Zhengneng reactor has covered 80% of the key transmission projects in China, providing high-quality products and reliable technical support for major power projects in China.

In September 2023, Tianjin Jingwei Zhengneng Electrical Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. acquired Tianjin Yubo Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., which is an excellent supplier of power electrical equipment solutions for new energy industries such as rail transit, electrical transmission, wind power, and photovoltaic energy storage. The main products cover complete sets of electrical equipment such as filter reactors, iron core reactors, transformers, magnetic integrated transformers, resistors, electrical boxes, isolation switches, etc. for urban rail transit vehicles. The enterprise has passed the certification of IS0 9001:2015 quality, ISO 22163 international railway industry quality, ISO 3834 international welding, EN15085-2-CL1 European railway locomotive welding and other systems.
